Our technology helps customers, mainly in the manufacturing sector, to increase their efficiency on average by 20%. CRO job profile:
Senior-level executive responsible for driving a company’s sales and revenue. Should be heading and tasked with designing and implementing strategies that lead to improved sales, profits, and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire revenue generation process, from customer acquisition to sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Developing and executing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty; Developing data-driven insights and analytics about customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth;
- Managing the budget for sales and marketing activities;
- Collaborating with other senior officers in the company, such as the CFO, to ensure that the company’s financial goals are met;
- Collaborating with the CTO and COO to ensure that the company’s technology is up-to-date and leveraged to increase its revenue;
- Leading and motivating the sales and marketing teams to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Must Have
- Experienced in B2B Sales Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively explain the company’s strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to a multicultural team.
- Experience with digital transformations and Industry
- Experience with outbound and inbound sales processes

Salary conditions
CRO will become a crucial member of the senior management team and will participate in the ESOP plan.
Salary is based on experience and other factors, starting at € 60,000 yearly.
